Any Individual (professor, scientist currently working in areas related to the SIU Prize fields of award) or Organization (diplomatic missions, overseas Vietnamese organizations, overseas Vietnamese student associations, universities, research institutes/centers, science and technology academies, science associations/networks, corporations and enterprises, innovation incubators, etc.) wishing to make a nomination must first sign up for a nomination account on https://siuprize.org/nomination/sign-up. With that account, they may nominate any candidates to enter SIU Prize.
Please make sure the nominee meets the requirements of SIU Prize. The nominee’s doctoral thesis should have profound impacts or has already made groundbreaking contributions both in theory and in practice.
a) Registering for a nomination account
Step 1: Go to https://siuprize.org/nomination/sign-up. Select either “Nomination by Individual (Professor)” or “Nomination by Organization”.
Step 2: Fill in the required fields and click REGISTER.
Step 3: Upon successful registration, an email will be sent to the address provided by the nominator.
Step 4: Clicking the link in the email will verify your registration and automatically direct you to the Nominee Information page.
Step 5: Fill in the required fields and click SAVE.
b) Providing nominee’s information
Step 1: Click “Add Nominee” in the “List of Nominees” tab.
Step 2: Fill in the nominee’s information, check and click SAVE. Upon saving, an email from the Organizing Committee will be sent to the nominee requesting to update and complete the application.
Step 3: Repeat steps 1 and 2 for other nominees (if any).
c) View nominee’s information
Step 1: Click VIEW to see nominee’s detailed information
Step 2: Click OK to exit.
